Flu is the WORST! So let’s Partah! CONTEST OVER. No more entries, please.

ZOMG people. 3 weeks.

TWENTY ONE DAYS!

That’s why you haven’t seen me anywhere. At all. I’ve been sucking down Nyquil and sleeping 16 hours a day.

To celebrate not being dead, I’m going to be hosting a giveawaypalooza for you guys of all the stuff I either meant to give away or have just been given to pass along to you from generous companies and publishers.

I’m calling it the February Flu By Giveaway! I don’t even know what day it is. It’s still February–right?!

Let’s celebrate the ability to breathe through sinus passages, keeping stomach contents where they belong, and taming those germs.

The rules? Simple as as can be.

Just shoot me an email to CONTEST HAS ENDED. Title your email “February Flu By _________ (and the name of the prize you want to win)” and include your name and full address so that I can ship this stuff to you as soon as your name is drawn. All emails are then deleted and no personal information is kept. I delete, shred, burn everything.

I am requiring a prize title in the email for this reason: Who wants to enter a contest hoping for sweetener and then win a book about fitness for kids when all you have is a goldfish? I mean puhlease, sister!

so, if you want to win the Truvia, specify that in your title. You are welcome to apply for any categories (Books, cooks, or looks) but please only enter for up to two prizes to give others a fair chance. We get hundreds of entries for one item. This is going to be pretty stellar.

  1. Thank God you’re still alive – I was really starting to worry, and go into Oopsie recipe withdrawals…

Hope you are feeling so much better!

  2. you’re alive! I was JUST starting to get worried!

I also have the seemingly neverending flu as well, but thank goodness it hasn’t hit my stomach. *knocks every piece of wood in sight* in a cruel and unusual twist, nyquil actually makes me feel sicker, if you can believe that!

    glad you’re back. :)

  3. I’m really glad to see you back. I love your Examiner articles, but there’s just a ….. certain something on your blog. ‘-)

I know…. everybody has a pet remedy. Vit.C, echinacea, zinc. I find I’m doing much better with plenty of Vit. D added to my routine, though. Just sayin’.

  4. Sweeteater says:

Hope you get to feeling better soon!
