I love the blue toilet water) and believe that detoxing is questionable (the body has built-in filters for detoxing), for folks looking for nourishment in liquid form, more vegetable options, and interesting information regarding a whole foods lifestyle, this book might be worth checking out– if minimally for lower carb juicing options.
