I’m down a total of 30 pounds!
I started February 3, so 30 in a month isn’t bad.
Remember to check the “noshes section to see that I am sticking with an extended Atkins 2002 induction and that I am, indeed, using my own recipes to lose this weight.
Atkins is delicious, it is healthy and it is effective.
Please remember, my losses are not usual for a chica of my age. I have a decent metabolism, even without exercise, and I tend to drop a lot of water weight bfore anything else.
Whether you lose a pound a day or a pound a month, if you’re eating a healthy whole foods diet, you’re ahead of the game, so gauge your success appropriately and be thankful for your own journey! I know I have a long way to go.
