Lazy Hollandaise Sauce

This Hollandaise sauce is so easy to make!

In fact, with recipes like these, you’ll only feel lazy; the taste is anything but. Use it anywhere you need a quick sauce, whether it’s over eggs Benedict or your favorite fish. I absolutely love it. It’s not the lowest calorie thing you’ll enjoy all day, but it’s filling, thick and delicious.

  1. Hey there.
I have been following you for a lot of years. I just now wandered back on to your newest blog and I have a question. Do you still list whether recipes are induction friendly? It used to be on all your stuff and very easy to find, now I’m not so sure.
Please help a crazy person out.
Oh and congrats on such success!
    Laura

    • Hi, Laura! Yes. All recipes that are induction friendly are marked with an IF in all of the recipe pages which stem from the “recipes” tab up top. I have not as yet put together an IF-only menu of recipes.
