YLS 5-Year Anniversary Prize Package from LC Foods Corp (Contest Closed)

I have had the distinct privilege of working with Glen from LC Foods Corporation for a few years now.

Focusing on quality, diabetic friendly, low carbohydrate foods, I’ve reviewed a lot of his products and keep a few as staples in my pantry as well. Now with a new factory, he’s ramping up production on even more terrific low carb staples!

From their thickening agent that has (thankfully) replaced the now defunct ThickenThin/Not Starch, to the breading/crusting mix I use for meatballs and tilapia, there are some sensational staples I couldn’t do as easily without.

Here are just a few of the many amazing LC Foods products I have tried:
LC Foods Gluten Free Muffin Mix,
LC Foods Gluten Free Yellow Cake Mix,
Vanilla Ice Cream
(pictured, made into Klondike type bars)
Cauliflower Mashed Fauxtatoes

And since Glen, himself, is an adherent to the ketogenic lifestyle, you can be sure he has sustainability of the lifestyle in mind, as well as his own healthy. Combine the two and you have LC Foods.

Now LC Foods is helping me celebrate my 5th Year of sharing the joy of health with $100 in products to share with one lucky reader!

The rules are easy peasy, because you have much kitchen shenanigans to do.

Rules:

1. US Residents only.

2. Shop. Put together your $100 dream shopping spree in products you’d love to win from LC Foods Corp.

3. Comment below to post your choices. If you had $100 to spend at LC Foods what would you buy?

4. Fanshare Winner Drawing: On Tuesday, July 24, at 12pm MST (Denver, US), I will pick a random winner and email him or her. Please respond within 24 hours with your home shipping address. LC Foods will ship your prize package once I send them your address. I will then immediately delete your home address for personal privacy reasons.

It’s that easy!

Congrats Jamie and thanks so much for your site. I do not comment a lot on there but I read everything several times a day. It has been such a help to me for staying on this way of eating. I have been eating low carb for about 7 months now to control my diabetes. I have had to pass on a lot of recipes because I can not find the ingredients in town and I am too afraid to order things when I may not like them. This would be a great chance for me to sample many items and find out how they taste. So if I had $100 to spend at LC Foods this would be the first order (and hopefully not the last ).

I also would love to introduce more of these foods to my cooking class attendees!
