“Tune” Up Your Mood

You can make yourself happier, and listening to cheerful music will help. Studies show that listening actively trying to improve one’s mood for the short term and overall.

Research shows that happiness relates to a higher probability of socially benefiting behavior, better physical health, higher income, and greater relationship satisfaction.

Participants improved their mood after being instructed to do so, but only if they were listening to upbeat music instead of somber tunes. Those in another study reported higher levels of happiness after couple weeks of these sessions, provided they actively tried to be happier.

You should not be constantly asking yourself  ” Am I happy yet?” People should focus on enjoying their journey and experiences working towards happiness and not just getting hung up the destination.

  1. Any Tune Suggestions?? I like Junior Senior, they are a bit risque but their songs and light and catchy and make you feel like you are back in the 80′s
    And there’s Ratatat, but it’s a bit heavy on the beat but upbeat nonetheless. And nothing can be Micheal Franks for Fun , light, lovable soft jazz and pop songs that arne’t forgivable. But some of his songs are soft and slow, but still the lyrics make you laugh and smile
