Not gluten free, Dreamfields pasta is still an option for many low carbers occasionally, at only 5 net carbs per serving. Thanks to the fat and rich flavor from the tuna steaks, a little salad goes a long, filling way.
Enjoy!

A nice summer treat on a cold rainy NH day sounds just about right for dinner tonight. Thanks.

Everything you make looks sooo good!
Even (especially) the pasta!

Lynn– It is so yummy and fun. I will never be able to go back to canned tuna. Grilled tuna steaks have spoiled me.
Anne– thank you! If it doesn't look good, I can't eat it.

Your recipes are great but I was recently reading about Dreamfields pasta and it’s pretty scary because it’s quite deceptive.

Hey, EK! Thank you for sharing your link. You rock! Dreamfields is one of those that depends on the user. For some, it raises blood sugar and for others it doesn’t. It’s one of those products consumers need to try for themselves and then make the determination based on each of our unique chemistries. Other things to consider are cooking the pasta exactly to directions and not storing in acids (like sauce). They’re also a little spookier if reheated. For my family and friends, Dreamfields delivers as promised. Here’s our review of the product: https://yourlighterside.com/review-dreamfields-pasta-2/
