Shrimp! I promised you guys the sauce recipe. It is so fantastic and easy to make.
Sorry for keeping this so quick. I’m in the final edits of a manuscript for a publisher (not a cookbook), and have to get those completed. I also have family in from out of town.

Sounds good! I whipped up a batch and bought a giant bag of shrimp to eat it with. You musta read my mind cuz I was eating shrimp w regular cocktail sauce yesterday and thought to myself that I better make a low carb version. So thanks!

I am going to make one with horseradish here, soon. I really like spicy. This is a nice, sweet recipe.

Would you use this as a salad dressing? My husband loves Thousand Island, but this looks like something he’d like as well. Can’t wait for the horseradish one!
Jamie VanEaton says
It is thick, so it’s a really nice doipping sauce. You could thin it ever so slightly for a drizzle-friendly dressing.

Well yeah… you’re talking about about 1/2 cup of prepared dip when it’s all done with… sure it’s low carb if you divide that up by 8 servings!
