These tots are not only induction friendly, they’re gluten-free. And at less than half of the carbs of the Sonic chili Cheese Tots, you can enjoy guilt-free knowing you’re getting in your vegetable, dairy and your meat groups.

Chili Cheese Tots
6-9 Prepared cauli tots (recipe here)
1/4 cup Chili (recipe here)
1/4 cup Cheese sauce (recipe here)
Layer 6-9 tots in the bottom of a bowl. Spoon 1/4 cup chili and 1/4 cup of the cheese sauce over the top. Can garnish with added onions, sour cream, you name it! (Adjust nutritional values for added toppings).
