So Irresistible!
During a recent customer survey, we noticed an increasing number of our customers were unsatisfied with our brownie mix. We took these comments seriously and went to work to reformulate our brownies.
Today, LC Foods is proud to announce…all-new and reformulated Gluten Free Brownies and Gluten Free Double Chocolate Brownies with real chocolate chunks inside!
They are now more delicious, have more chocolate, and are more decadent and moist than our previous brownies! Both formulas are Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Sugar Free, Artificial Sweetener Free and of course, Low Carb!

Deceptive advertising by the manufacturer! THESE BROWNIES ARE NOT GF! The nutrition label indicates that this product is processed in a facility that manufactures other wheat products. I’ve come across other products like this and don’t understand how they can get away with this.
Dear Suzanne D.,
Allergen warning on packaging is there to protect the public from possible cross contaminations in food manufacturing. Accountable and conscientious companies like ours make sure to use them to warn the public. Many companies process multiple products in their facilities and should have safe practice and cleaning procedures in place to avoid these cross contaminations of any common allergens including eggs, nuts and gluten. At LC-Foods, we handle both gluten and gluten free products at our facility and maintain less than 20 PPM gluten free standards and practices by processing gluten free products and gluten products on separate days with full wash downs of all the processing and mixing equipment used. 20 parts per million is a standard set by the US government to insure safety for those suffering from celiac disease. Less than 20 PPM cannot be reliably measured or detected. Most gluten sensitive individuals need to make sure to having all non-gluten ingredients in their products they consume and cross contamination for them is not a concern as much as for a celiac’s patient.
Thanks for that info, Josh!
