Hi,
I just found your site. Very interesting to me. I'm always on the look out for new things to make for my 56 year old son Brian who is mentally and physically disabled. His favorite thing to do is eat,,, I'm trying to get the pounds off him as he is also diabetic. I'm 74 and trying to lose too, I'm 152 right now. Brian is 158 and he is only 4'11".I have a question do you know the reason I can't print you wonderful recipes? Or do I have to copy them by hand? I like how your blog is set up. Hope to hear from you.

Hi, there! It is so nice to meet you. You can print these. Just click the little button at the bottom of the post resembling a printer. I've disabled print in other ways due to content theft I'd had to deal with for years. It's a problem for many major sites, unfortunately.
Hi Jamie! I was trying to find the low carb wonton wrap recipe by hitting the links but it links to a dead end 🙁 Just so you knew. Cheers! 😀
