It’s Friday eve day (although by the time you read this it will be Friday).
How was your week? It’s been so busy here at YLS headquarters, but busy is fabulous. It means we’re moving in the right direction and all is merry, thinning and bright.
Remember, you have until this Friday at midnight to enter to win the Blendtec Total Blender and the Twister Jar worth over $550. You can earn two entries, and you have until Friday for two chances to win the most amazing blender I have ever seen! Enter here!<–link
Now what I had yesterday… First of all, here’s the plan I’m following and here is the introduction post to the Mid-Year Resolution Challenge. While you look at what I’m doing, be sure to do your thing. I am thrilled to give some ideas, but I’m not the person you should necessarily look to for dieting advice (I’m not a paid nosh-a-titian). I am, however, here with you to cheer you on when you’re so skinny you will have to watch slipping through the cushions of your couch.
Be sure to subscribe for updates by adding your email right (in the sidebar) or through Feedburner in the title bar up top!
You can also click the tab up top that says Mid-Year Resolution for the daily play-by-play and to see what I’m doing. Whee!
Thursday, October 11
I ate this:
Breakfast: I slept through it… oof
Lunch: Cauliflower Pizza
Dinner: Cauliflower Pizza + Bread Stick
What I learned:
More to the point of what I remembered: Make too much of something and you’re going to eat it for days…
Ah, but leftovers can be really wonderful! Spoken by a person whose mother NEVER allowed for leftovers! I am with you….sometimes it is great NOT having to cook everyday!
That is why a microwave is God’s gift to working women!
Regards,
Glad
I love this sight. I’ve found more recipes here than anywhere else for us low carbers. Thanks a million.
Hi, Jeri. Thank you so much for your kind words. I so appreciate them (and you).
