Feeling stuck? Slower than the Seahawks to make it to another superbowl (come on GUYS)?
Think of weight loss this way: It’s practice for maintenance. Embrace the slow weight loss and mentally act as though you’re already in maintenance (of course, while following the plan of your choice).
I’ve found that the period of weight loss is a bit like a dysfunctional honeymoon. sometimes you go wind sailing and the skies are blue, and sometimes you ended up in the wrong neighborhood and your tires were swiped while you were calling AAA.
Better to act like someone who’s already dealing with the rigors of married life. You love your lifestyle, you love your body, but you don’t always have to like either.
In fact, sometimes you might want to smack it in the head.
Rather interesting site you've got here. Thanks for it. I like such themes and anything connected to them. I would like to read more soon.
That's a good way of looking at weight loss. I must remember that.
Hey Jamie! Welcome back! Great to see you posting again.
Thanks – that was just what I needed! 🙂
