This Hollandaise sauce is so easy to make!
In fact, with recipes like these, you’ll only feel lazy; the taste is anything but. Use it anywhere you need a quick sauce, whether it’s over eggs Benedict or your favorite fish. I absolutely love it. It’s not the lowest calorie thing you’ll enjoy all day, but it’s filling, thick and delicious.

Hey there.
I have been following you for a lot of years. I just now wandered back on to your newest blog and I have a question. Do you still list whether recipes are induction friendly? It used to be on all your stuff and very easy to find, now I’m not so sure.
Please help a crazy person out.
Oh and congrats on such success!
Laura
Hi, Laura! Yes. All recipes that are induction friendly are marked with an IF in all of the recipe pages which stem from the “recipes” tab up top. I have not as yet put together an IF-only menu of recipes.
