Mm. The best letter of the alphafrickenbet when it comes to this decadent dip. Featuring sexy, healthy ingredients, you can be sure that you’re not only enjoying comfort food, you’re also feeding yourself healthfully to boot.
Couple with any of my low carb spicy nacho chip recipes, including my new Cheesy Chicken Doritos recipe and you have something you can bring to game night (or elect not to share at all. I won’t say a word). You can also enjoy this savory, gooey descent into yum on celery, bacon, beef jerky (recipe), flax crackers (recipe) or anywhere else you want to spread the love.
Are you ready? Prep the shopping list and let’s bring the magic!

I CAN NOT wait to try this tonight!!! thank you, thank you, thank you!!
Sweet, Heather! Let me know what you think! It’s really a great way to use that chicken.
Could you, when you get going again, evaluate store brands of Alfredo sauce, please? WallyWorld carries some brands, but I’ve always made it at home and would like to know the best store brand for low-carb. Thanks. Love the blog; contents (recipes) are intellitent, the ingredients are brilliant and nicely combined for what looks to be maximum flavor, really amazing. Ingenuity going on here. what I love is no references to low-carb products we can buy — yuck.
Thank you so much for your kind words!
Yeah, I try to not rely on store products because it always bites me in the caboose when they’re discontinued. That said, the standard Bertolli (my favorite) is only 2 carbs per 1/4 cup serving, which is exactly the same as the WalMart Great Value brand (2 net for 1/4 cup).
I finally got around to making this last night, it was awesome..soooooo rich and creamy!! Thank you for another to die for recipe!
PS…I used Great Value alfredo and it came out great 🙂
That is excellent! I am so glad you like it!
Hi, can I replace the mayonnaise with cream cheese?! I’m not a supporter or fan of Mayonnaise so i’d like to try replacing it so I can bring this dish with me to my families Thanksgiving feast so I can have SOMETHING to eat there this year. lol
Yes! Try it out and tweak it so the recipe works for you 🙂
