I am not going to even waste time getting into these reviews with some flowery prose about the importance of spoiling yourself–and your feet. I’m already a long-time user of Freeman’s Bare Foot Creams. While they no longer sell the Poppyseed and Peppermint, I have been using my tube of Peppermint and Plum for ages now and adore how it smells, how far a tube goes, and how it makes my feet feel.
So, naturally, when they approached me for a review, I was like, “Uh, YEAH I’ll write a review for a product I already love.”

Peppermint & Plum Foot Lotion ♥♥♥♥♥
Our family favorite, my daughters come to me at the end of the day, plop their feet into my lap, and then give me the batted eyelashes and giggle that, roughly translated, means, “Mother…would you kindly rub my feet with your foot cream?” And, of course I do that–and for two reasons (besides obviously liking to pamper my girls): 1. I love how it smells and feels; and 2. It makes me hands feel super soft as well. The smell is addicting, and I love the combination of Tea Tree Oil, which not only absorbs sweat, it is a natural antiseptic and fungicide with Peppermint oil, which is soothing and promotes skin health. Peppermint & Plum Foot Scrub ♥♥♥♥♥
Again, using the ingredients Tea Tree Oil and Peppermint Oil, the addition of Pumice acts as an exfoliator to help remove those rough, dead skin cells, along with Plum Extract, which not only exfoliates, it helps tighten skin as well. Product Link
Peppermint & Plum Warming Foot Scrub ♥♥♥♥♥
Warming? Why yes. The energizing feel of Pumice for dead skin removal with the warming, tingly glow of Peppermint Oil combine for a scrub that defeats rough, dry patches on soles and invigorates your best assets– your feet. Product Link
Peppermint & Plum Callous Balm ♥♥♥♥♥
Anyone else out there who is putting in time on your feet know how annoying those callouses and heels can be. But just because your feet are roughing it doesn’t mean they have to be rough in the process. With the same amazing, key ingredients as the other Peppermint & Plum products, you will also appreciate Vitamin E, which helps protect your feet from sun damage and aging. Product Link
Barefoot Repair Diabetic Overnight Foot Cream ♥♥♥♥♥
If your feet are suffering due to diabetes, there’s no reason you can’t still pamper yourself a little bit and promote healthy foot care in the process. With their hydrating, anti-microbial klotion in a terrific scent, this combination of cream and cute socks will help with those dry, cracked heels and peeling skin often experienced with diabetes. Allantoin is a botanical extract that heals and soothes skin, while Zinc, Copper, Urea and Pathenol help repair wounds, accelerates collagen production and skin regeneration, and all while moisturing, lubricating and working against algae, bacteria and fungi that might plague neglected feet.

Great review! I “liked” on f/b and signed up for e-mail savings.
I liked Freeman on Facebook.
One of the things I do for footcare is soak my feet in corn meal (anti-fungal properties) and warm water, then scrub, scrub, scrub…
I love to use foot creams. Wasn’t aware of Freemans. I am definately going to try this brand. Thanks for the info and chance to win some. I love your recipes and humor.
Thank you so much, Dita! I am a super fan of Freeman’s. It was funny when they contacted me out of the blue. I’ve loved them for years! I am even gifting a basket of their creams and scrubs to my TOPS group for a Christmas auction.
New to low carb, new to your site, but have always liked foot lotion. I sighed up for the emails. Thanks.
I liked Freeman on Facebook. I would love to try these. I have cracked feet during the summer. Maybe this will help.
Hi, my feet look terrible and I really need help. I just liked Freeman on facebook and after this post I’m going to check on how to order some. Thank you.
I’ve “Liked” Freeman on Facebook.
In addition to regular pedicures that included a good massage, I also invest in good shoes (Dansko!) and good wool socks to care for my feet. For a long while, I had a lot of foot and leg pain, and the good shoes have helped enormously. I use a pumice block to keep the callouses at bay, and coconut oil to hold in the moisture, but I would love to try the Freeman line of products!
I ‘like’ Freeman on facebook as well as e-mail signup!! Thanks!
I live barefoot and…..well, not pregnant, but barefoot for sure. And manohmanohman my feet show it. If you look at my tippy toes, you’d say….”awwww, nice feet. Pretty polish color there lil missy”. But when you get a look at the heels of my horror strikes, and I must say, I will not be help liable for any therapy such horror inflicts on your eyes or mental well being. I’d love to try these products, for safety reasons, such as keeping my silk sheets intact, hubby’s nearby appendages being unbuffed, cutting myself by accidentally rubbing my feet together (people do that, right!)! and anything else you can think of that would come in close contact with such abrasivness.
I liked freeman on Facebook!
I signed up for their emails. I used to love Freeman’s, and I’ve been so busy of late that I have neglected… well… everything. Thanks for the reminder to take a minute to *at least* take care of my poor feet!
sounds heavenly!
Liked on FB. 🙂
I used to use Freeman’s years ago– very cool to see them around and with new products!! I am way overdue on some foot are time and in desperate need of a pedi!
Wow! Sounds like great products! I liked them on FB!
I love these creams! I signed up for the newsletter 🙂
I liked the Freeman FB page. I would love to try these. 🙂
Awesome! love stuff like this. I do my own mani/pedi’s I’m too cheap to get done. lol 🙂 <3
I looooooove Freeman!!! I soak my feet in epsom salts once in a while, I’ve finally had my toes fixed up by the dr 🙂 and I put inserts in my shoes to keep my arches and heels aligned. All that for healing the insides, and a nice peppermint balm for the outside!
I sure could use this. Being a T2, foot checks are so important! This will surely help with that! 🙂
I’d love the overnight cream. Feet in pretty good condition but the overnight cream would make even better.
I liked Freeman’s on Facebook.
I have circulation issues in my feet so I do a foot check every morning and at night before I go to bed. I’m not great about moisturizing but I am getting better!
