This recipe is the one of the easiest ways to make gravy, and is healthy, too!
The use of organic chicken broth adds flavor without possible MSG overload from bouillon.
2 cups organic chicken broth
2 Tbsp ThickenThin/Not Starch
salt and pepper to taste
In a saucepan, mix chicken broth with ThickNThin/Not Starch, salt and pepper.
Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally. Lower heat to a low simmer, stirring occasionally until the desired thickness is attained.
Makes 6 servings.

Wow, this low-carb broth gravy sounds amazing! I can’t believe there are only 22 calories in a serving. I think that it is so important to include some healthy options in your Thanksgiving dinner.
