Dry them!
Went in at 165 degrees at 8:07, all done at 10:47, save for tomatoes… Tomatoes done at… . Rotate trays every 1-2 hours.
Tip: For vegetables like tomatoes, scrape out the seeds and start the juiciest/greasiest foods out on the bottom rack. This way they won’t drip all over the other layers.
Makes 2 cups of crunchy salad.

What kind of leaf is that?
Did you use any salt/pepper or other seasonings during the drying process? Or dressing? Or dip?
Great idea!! I bought a dehydrator but forget to use it! I love the idea of doing this with salad fixings though. 🙂
Hmmm,… how much time for the tomatoes? I am not particularly clever regarding cuisine and cooking, I think you are using mushrooms, tomatoes, green stuff (spinach?). Are their other things I should add to the mix? Can you dehydrate pepperoni too? I do have a dehydrator for a long time but haven’t used it yet… /sigh. tyia
HOW COOOL! I have always wanted a dehydrator!! 🙂 I would put EVERYTHING in there.
